Girls in the Lead is gathering sports practitioners to join international Mastermind Groups to identify and discuss key themes and issues.
The goals of the groups are:
- What: Bring together international leaders in Sport for Development regularly to discuss key topics
- Goal: Bring social change through building meaningful relationships and collaboration in Sport for Development
- Output: Produce guidelines, facilitation materials, online classes and workshops
